A £200 refundable security deposit applies to equipment provided as part of the service. It is not an equipment purchase payment and is returned following the end of the service, subject to the Agreement.

• Service: Point-of-use drinking water filtration for homes and businesses. Not whole-house or water-softening.
• Plans: FLEX 6 (£99/mo, 6-mo min) & PLUS 12 (£99/mo, 12-mo min with 12th Month Free).
• Deposit: £200 refundable security deposit required.
• Equipment: Provided as part of the service, remains the property of RISEZIN WATER unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
• Installation & Service: Standard professional installation and scheduled cartridge changes included.
• Rolling & Notice: Continues monthly rolling after minimum term; 30 days’ notice applies after minimum term.
• 14-Day Right: Statutory UK consumer cancellation rights apply as detailed in the Agreement.
• Consumer Rights: Nothing in our terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
